Delivery & Returns


We want to make your freshers' week as convenient as possible. Therefore, we deliver our Boxes directly to your new room the week before you arrive.

We use your VitaRef to match your VitaPacks order with your Vita Student booking.  There is no need to use your delivery address or room number when ordering your VitaPack - just select a box and we will make sure it's there when you move in!


Change of Address:

You can change your delivery address at any time (72 hours before the shipment) in case you change your booking with Vita Students - no extra charge.



We want to make sure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day free returns window.

Step 1: Write an email to hello@VitaPacks.co.uk
Step 2: We send you the returns label
Step 3: Pack everything into a box large enough for the pack
Step 4: Make sure it’s packed extra safe so it can’t be damaged on the way back to the warehouse (we suggest holding onto the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it).

Please note that we can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. Because of the complexity of the returns process, it isn’t possible to return partial orders at this time.


There’s no hidden extra costs for returning your goods within this time window - we promise!

  • Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 3 days of us receiving your returned items.
  • If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 3 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7 working days.
  • Paypal can take up to 2 working days
