If you are having problems placing an order, you can email us or use the live chat and we can create a customised order for you. You will receive an email with a Link that has everything already filled out for you and you only have to enter your payment details on our secure and encrypted payment page

We select our partner very throughly and share data only if absolutely necessary to offer an awesome experience for you and only with your consent.

In some circumstances, we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use and share this information but it's impossible to associate this information with you as an individual. 
Possible example: We received 1000 Sales from people searching for 'Student Starter Kit' on Adwords and living in London. This information does not include any personal information but meta data about your customer journey/order, such as the channel fo acquisition and your city.

Yes, we use Paypal and Shopify Payments as our payment Gateways, meaning that you can pay using your credit card, debit card or Paypal account with confidence - and 100% secure! You can also see details of our secure encryption certificate (SSL) in front of our URL in your browser bar.

Note:  We do not directly receive nor store any credit details as those get processed directly through our payment gateway.

Be rest assured that your satisfaction is our primary goal and we will work with you together to make sure you have an amazing experience!

There is no need to track your parcel as we are organising the delivery directly with your Student Hall and everything will be waiting in your room before arrival.

We will deliver your VitaPack in early September directly to your Student Hall and it will be ready to unpack in your room when you arrive.

We are using your VitaRef number to allocate your booked room to make the entire journey as seamlessly as possible.
A couple of weeks before the delivery we will reach out to you via email to confirm the delivery.

2. Order your Box here

Select one of 3 Student Boxes here at VitaPacks and place your order using your VitaRef at checkout. 

Use Mastercard, Visa, Amex, AliPay or Paypal to checkout.

3. Delivered straight to your Room

We will use your VitaID to match up your booking with your order here and Your Student Box will be waiting in your new room when you arrive.

We are always happy to offer upgrades for your pack.

Just contact us at hello@vitapacks.co.uk with your order details and which Pack you would like to upgrade to (e.g. bronze to Gold).

We then create a new order for you and cancel your old order. You can pay the new order as usual safely over our secure checkout.

There’s no hidden extra costs for returning your goods within this time window - we promise!

• Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 3 days of us receiving your returned items.
• If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 3 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7 working days.
• Paypal can take up to 2 working days
• If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a little longer.

We want to make sure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day free returns window.

Step 2: We send you the returns label

Step 3: Pack everything into a box large enough for the pack

Step 4: Make sure it’s packed extra safe so it can’t be damaged on the way back to the warehouse (we suggest holding onto the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it).

Please note that we can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. Because of the complexity of the returns process it isn’t possible to return partial orders at this time.
